​Primary competences

For more than 20 years, Keld has worked as a business lawyer with tasks primarily in business-to-business contracts, company structure, M&A and financing.

​

In addition, Keld works with corporate capitalization, commercialization (business model, pricing structure, market segmentation, market processing) of business units, commercial fencing of IPR, transition of start-ups from the project phase to the operational phase, preparation of businesses for sale, membership of Board of Directors etc.

​

Finally, Keld is lead investor in one of the investments in Marselis Kapital A/S.
